Does the President have complete or partial control?

The Presidents of the United States: do they have complete or partial control governing this nation, or does everything rest where the laws are made? A prime example, during the Obama years, we had racial jokes, threats, disrespect, and obstruction. but to say that everything is a liberal fault, is blind faith.

It same ‘stuff’ that caused the dark ages, slavery, genocide, the holocaust, wars based on lies, the increasing ever expanding military industrial complex budget, failing infrastructure , vaporizing retirement accounts with no safety net below. Ask for universal health care and they will tell you that we can’t afford it, as we drop 16 million dollars to blow up another tent on the other side of the planet.

So I am asking again: Does the President have complete or partial control?
